No, you will maintain or even improve quality control with proper management and quality control proceesses in place. We will ensure the outsoured staff meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set by you.
The full time Offshore staff are dedicated to your company, we will never use the staff assigned to you for any other company. We will provide you with daily, weekly and monthly reports for e.g. Call Detail Reports (CDR) which will include no of incoming/outgoing calls, total time duration etc.
During the hiring process we will hire staff that matches the skills and experienced required to do your tasks. On an average we provide you three candidates and you can interview them before we start. Also we provide free 5 days as a training period to get the balls rolling. Should you not be happy with the perforamance of the staff we will repalce them for free.
We take customer data very seriously, we encourage you to use CRM or software that you have full control. Another option is to use VPN connection to your computer in your office premises to work on sensative data and projects. We use employee monitorying application with screengrabs of the work the staff are doing.

We want to ensure we hire the right staff that meets your requirement hence, it could take us anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to get a person onboard.
