No, you will maintain or even improve quality control with proper management and quality control processes in place. In addition, we will ensure the outsourced staff meets the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set by you.
The full-time Offshore staff is dedicated to your company, and we will never use the team assigned to you for any other company. We will provide you with daily, weekly and monthly reports, for e.g., Call Detail Reports (CDR), which will include the number of incoming/outgoing calls, total time duration, etc.
During the hiring process, we will hire staff that matches the skills and experience required to do your tasks. On average, we provide you with three candidates, and you can interview them before we start. Also, we provide free five days as a training period to get the balls rolling.
